Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Highly Functional is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Highly Functional is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact highlyfunctionalllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
